[MS메인터넌스시스템] (이하 "회사")는 고객님의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하며 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 아래 내용을 충분히 읽어보신 후 동의 여부를 결정해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

보수 요청 시

• 필수 항목: 성명, 휴대폰 번호, 요청 내용, 제목, 카테고리
• 선택 항목: 이미지

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

회사는 고객님의 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 수집 및 이용합니다.

• 서비스 이용 자격 확인
• 서비스 관련 안내 및 공지
• 보수 요청 처리 및 고객 지원
• 서비스 품질 개선 및 고객 만족도 조사

3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간

회사는 고객님의 개인정보를 아래 기간 동안 보유하며, 목적 달성 후 즉시 파기합니다.

• 계정 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유
• 보수 요청 정보: 요청 처리 완료 후 1년
• 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 법령에 따름

4. 개인정보 제공에 대한 동의

고객님의 개인정보는 명시된 목적 외에는 사용되지 않으며, 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다. 다만, 법적 의무가 발생하거나 고객의 동의가 있는 경우에만 제공될 수 있습니다.

5. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

회사는 개인정보 보유 기간 경과 또는 처리 목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.

• 전자적 파일 형태: 복구할 수 없는 방식으로 삭제
• 종이 문서: 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기

6. 동의 거부 시 불이익

고객님은 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만, 동의를 거부하실 경우 계정 등록이 제한되거나 보수 요청 처리가 불가능할 수 있습니다.

• Required Items: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, Password, Company Name

For Maintenance Requests

• Required Items: Full Name, Mobile Phone Number, Request Details, Title, Category

• Optional Item: Image(s)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

• To verify eligibility for using the service

• To provide service-related notifications and announcements

• To process maintenance requests and provide customer support

• To improve service quality and conduct customer satisfaction surveys

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
The Company retains your personal information for the following periods and disposes of it without delay after the purposes are fulfilled:

• Account Information: Until membership is terminated

• Maintenance Request Information: 1 year after the request has been processed

• Exceptions: Information may be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations

Your personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated above and will not be provided to third parties, except in cases where required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Destruction Procedures and Methods for Personal Information
The Company will destroy personal information without delay once the retention period has expired or the purpose has been fulfilled.

• Electronic Files: Deleted using an unrecoverable method

• Paper Documents: Destroyed by shredding or incineration

6. Consequences of Refusing Consent
You may choose not to consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, in such cases, you may be unable to register an account or submit maintenance requests.
